Description
S and N Crosses SLS and E. A remnant of rusty rails in Sedro-Woolley is headed east, toward the top of the image, and crosses a north bound line traveling from lower right to left. This is one of three historic intersections of the Sedro-Woolley Triangle. The Seattle and Northern track, the S & N, is east bound from Anacortes through Sedro-Woolley to Rockport, beyond the horizon, top center. The Seattle, Lake Shore and Eastern track, the SLS & E, ran from side to side in this image from Seattle, which is far to the right of this image, to Sumas, WA, on the Canadian border, beyond the left side of the image.
