Want to soar like a bird, dipping, swooping, jumping? Take up wind surfing. A good place for this athletic sport that looks like a delicate ballet is Hood River, Oregon, in the Columbia River Gorge. These brightly colored sails are at rest in Hood River's Waterfront Park after a day of surfing is a good location. May, 2017.
