Howard Miller Steelhead Park is in Rockport, Washington, on the banks of the Skagit River in the North Cascades. It's a good spot for watching eagles fish for salmon in January. In late May, as here, it's an excellent picnic spot, a place to play, or to relax and watch the river sweep by. Rockport is at the intersection of SR 20 and SR 530. May, 2017.
