Skagit Riverwalk travels along the east shore of the Skagit River for 2.3 miles in Mt Vernon, Washington. On the first dry day of the year, two cyclists stopped for a water break at the south end of the Riverwalk. The Division Street Bridge strides across the Skagit River on the left in the distance. January, 2021.
