A Leavenworth information kiosk has almost three feet of snow on the roof a month after Christmas. The sign on the kiosk points to the Waterfront Promenade on the Wenatchee River, two blocks south, where more shops live. Leavenworth averages 89 inches (almost seven feet) of snow each year. January, 2016.
