Jorgensen Pier is out at the end of a finger of land that points toward Puget Sound from Blaine. A few years ago, it was possible to drive out to the the pier, but Marine Drive has been blocked. Jorgensen Pier is now accessible only by foot. Semiahmoo Resort, the water tower and old cannery buildings, is across a narrow channel beyond the pier. May, 2022.
