The BNSF Railroad tracks are framed by Cargill grain silos that store animal food at 3rd Avenue and Washington Street in Ferndale, Washington. In early April, a pale blue sky is freckled by puffy white clouds. Grain and feed silos are vital for farmers in Whatcom County. April, 2016.
