The west side of Spokane's North Wall Street is brightly lit by mid-morning sunshine in late July. The east side remains shadowed by tall brick and granite buildings in downtown Spokane. This looks south from Spokane Falls Boulevard. Two of Spokane's Skywalks can be seen in the bottom center of the image. The Skywalks, offering warm, dry passage in inclement weather and a path to avoid street traffic, connect 16 blocks of the downtown core.
Welcome to my Vagabond Photography site. Much of my work is shot in Washington state, though I also wander other places in the western US and in southern British Columbia. I hope you enjoy the images of the places, things, and people that are displayed here. Vagabond Photography means seeking interesting, fun, remarkable sights, being a will-o'-the-wisp in search of the unusual, the beautiful, the engaging, and the truly awe inspiring. Perhaps you'd like to join me on my journeys. Welcome to my corner of the world! Welcome to Vagabond Photography, vagabonding (wandering) across the Pacific Northwest.
