A traveler entering Twisp from the south on State Route 20 will pass the green-roofed Community Center, lower right, and Yellow Jacket Park, left of center. SR 20, or Division Street as it passes through town, is on the far side of the Community Center and the park. Turning left on West 2d Street, at the feed store, May Street is two blocks up on the left. May Street climbs a hill and the hilltop offers fine views of the small town in the eastern foothills of the North Cascades. The Community Center, which used to be the high school, is home to the town library, the PUD, a dance school, and a music store. The sky was gray and cloudy in April. April, 2019.
Welcome to my Vagabond Photography site. Much of my work is shot in Washington state, though I also wander other places in the western US and in southern British Columbia. I hope you enjoy the images of the places, things, and people that are displayed here. Vagabond Photography means seeking interesting, fun, remarkable sights, being a will-o'-the-wisp in search of the unusual, the beautiful, the engaging, and the truly awe inspiring. Perhaps you'd like to join me on my journeys. Welcome to my corner of the world! Welcome to Vagabond Photography, vagabonding (wandering) across the Pacific Northwest.
