Description
Raven and Salmon Woman Story Pole. A story pole carved by Morrie Alexander in 1962. The totem now stands in Semiahmoo Park near the base of the Semiahmoo Spit. From bottom to top, the figures are salmon woman, raven, grizzly bear, and thunderbird. The totem and three former Alaska Packers Association buildings were move to this location from the end of the spit in 1981 when Semiahmoo Resort was built. March, 2020.
