The Colorado River slices through the sandstone red rock of the Utah Canyon Lands, from northeast to southwest. The river enters the Moab Valley at the north end of the city of Moab. Lincoln Park is wedged between the Colorado and US 191.The Moab Canyon Pathway begins at Lincoln Park, crosses this bridge used by hikers and cyclists, and parallels the highway for eleven miles.
