Edison Firehouse and Old Edison Inn. Edison is a census community of 316 in western Skagit County, Washington. The white building was the firehouse (it is now a private residence). The bell tower was used for community alerts and fires. The Old Edison Inn business has existed since before 1900 in four different locations under a variety of names. The building was erected in 1955 as Bloom's Grocery and Post Office. September, 2023.
