Description
Driftwood is sometimes carried by currents to land on the shore of Bellingham Bay. Sometimes driftwood like this gray, weathered root and tree, is carried by human hands to decorate the shoreline of Boulevard Park. Behind the aged tree and root, a trestle bridge transports walkers, runners, cyclists, and stroller pushers between arms of the Park, across a small cove on the Bay. August, 2016.
