Artist's Description
The Concrete Police Department was housed in this building at the east end of Main Street. The town emergency siren sits atop the building. Under "Concrete", on the left, the sign reads, "Center of the Universe." The mural is of the Skagit River Valley, and Concrete is on the left side of the mural. The Skagit County Sheriff's Office is currently providing police services for the town. October, 2017.
