Description
Acid Ball in Waypoint Park. On land once occupied by the Georgia-Pacific Pulp Mill plant in Bellingham, some structures used in processing wood pulp by GP, such as this acid ball, have been retained as public art. The site is now Bellingham's Waypoint Park. The park includes a gravel beach on Whatcom Creek, right, which empties into Bellingham Bay. September, 2022.
