Description
Mt Vernon's Hillcrest Park is a 31 acre urban park with playgrounds, tennis courts ball fields, picnic shelters, and lots of big trees. A weeping Alaskan cedar droops precariously over a recreation building. This tree has been trained to grow this way and is not a threat to the building. Early spring clouds portend more rain for western Washington.
