The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. These cabins are on the south end of Bellingham, Washington, in Fairhaven. Many of the homes in Fairhaven, are traditional, single-family houses. These small cabins are apparently a former tourist court near Chuckanut Bay. Perhaps these little houses are a bit less elegant than others in the area, but they are welcoming homes for the people who live there, such as this man striding to his own threshold. June, 2016.
