Description
A pull-off on State Route 9 south of Acme affords a rewarding view. Across a pasture and past fir and cedar clad hills, one can see the Twin Sisters range, losing their snow pack in late June, and Mt Baker peeking over the hills on the left. The road up to Mt Baker was blocked by snow this year, and wouldn't be plowed and open until June 29. June, 2017.
