Tall Fir and Bridge of the Gods. A tall fir tree on the Oregon shore keeps watch over Bridge of the Gods at Cascade Locks, OR. The steel truss cantilever bridge crosses the wide Columbia River three miles downriver from Stevenson, WA, beyond the right side of the image. Steel girders shine under a blue sky. January, 2025.
