Description
State Route 530 starts at SR 20 half a mile to the left of this image. The bridge has a concrete poured-in-place two-lane deck supported by steel girders on concrete pilings. Built in 1961, it was last renovated in 2014. The Skagit River rises in Canada and flows south, through three lakes that provide hydroelectric power, then west to its mouth on Skagit Bay west of Mt Vernon. March 2020.
