Description
On the first day of spring, the Skagit River was bright as it passes beneath the State Route 530 bridge. The river has been turned green by spring runoff from the sources of the Skagit, high in the North Cascades. State Route 530 connects with State Route 20, the North Cascades Highway, to the left of the image, next to the Howard Miller Steelhead Park. March, 2020.
