Description
The Skagit Riverwalk parallels the Skagit River for a mile from just south of the Division Street Bridge for about a mile north. The river is to the left of the trail. The tulip tower echoes the fields of tulips west of the river, a crop that is important to the Skagit Valley economy. The tulip chimney was once the chimney for the Carnation milk condensary that is no longer working. Puffy clouds freckled an azure sky in early February, 2020.
