Description
Skagit River Flood and Red Truck. The Skagit River was flooding in mid-January after frequent winter rains. River overflow just west of the BNSF Railway bridge in Burlington was as much as three feet deep. This red pickup driver made several passes through the deepest spots, up to the fender above the tires. Four wheel drive and two wheel drive through water and mud, he said. Celebrating the first bit of sun in weeks. January, 2021.
