Pine Street was converted to a quiet, brick paved, pedestrian mall between S 1st St and S 2d St in downtown Mt Vernon. The Shambala Bakery offered gluten free baked goods to passersby. An attorney's office was in the small, one-story brick red brick building beyond the alley and the trash bins. August, 2017.
