Description
The Puget Sound Coast Artillery Museum is one of several former enlisted barracks at Fort Worden that have been repurposed. The Museum was established in 1976 to preserve and provide historical information about Puget Sound coast defenses from the late 1800s until they ceased operation at the end of WW II. Fort Worden was part of the Triangle of Fire Coast Artillery emplacements that protected the entrance to Puget Sound. April, 2021.
