Peace Arch marks the border between the US and Canada, standing 67 feet tall in the middle of Peace Arch Provincial Park, in Surrey, BC, and Peace Arch State Park, in Blaine, Washington.Two leafless trees stand sentinel on either side of the archway, silhouetted blackly against a deep blue January sky. Semiahmoo Bay is beyond the arch. The US is to the left and Canada is to the right.
