Artist's Description
Lower Baker Dam, or simply Baker Dam, impounds Shannon Lake. Reflecting the trees, Shannon Lake is green just above the dam in October. A necklace of orange barrels, each the size of a 50 gallon drum, is strung across the lake to prevent boaters from floating into the dam. Shannon Lake and Baker Dam are on the eastern edge of Concrete, Washington, which is on SR 20. October, 2017.
