Description
Many of the ornate, Victorian-style brick buildings on Water Street in Old Town Port Townsend are over a century old. The two three-story buildings in the center were built in 1889. The left center building was built by L.W. Pettygrove to house the State Bank of Washington. The Palace Hotel in the center was built by Capt. H.L. Tibbals. April, 2021.
