The MV (marine vessel) Kennicott is moored at the Bellingham Ferry Terminal in Fairhaven. Lady Kennicott's home port is Valdez, Alaska, and she carries the Alaskan flag (Big Dipper and North Star) painted on her stack. The Kennicott plies the Alaska Marine Highway, visiting Ketchikan, Juneau, Kodiak, and other ports. Ocean-certified, her nine decks can carry 748 passengers and 80 vehicles. August, 2016.
