Description
Lyman, Washington, is a small town of 473 that sits on the north bank of the Skagit River, 14 miles east from Burlington and I-5 on State Route 20. The town bought the historic Birdsey Minkler mansion in 2009 for a town hall to celebrate the town's centennial. The Minkler mansion was built in 1891 and is on the National Register of Historic Places. The flagpole was donated by the town of Sedro-Woolley. October, 2019.
