Description

The Methow Arts Alliance is remodeling this building in Twisp to serve as its new home. This image was taken in early November, 2018, when the sky was a deep azure blue, the sun was shining brightly, and the leaves are gone from the trees. The building was previously pink, and at one time was an auto parts store. The Methow Arts Alliance website states, "recognizes the arts to be an essential part of a thriving community, and engages a diverse population in innovative programs that integrate the arts into the consciousness and experience of people of all ages." Among its other activities, the Alliance works with local school districts to develop and expand arts programs in the schools." November, 2018.
