Description
Baker River flows under the historic Henry Thompson Bridge, built in 1916, and rehabbed in 2004, on its way to its confluence with the Skagit River, behind the camera. Baker Fish Trap is on the right. Spawning Sockeye salmon, swimming up the Baker River to Baker Lake, are trapped here and transported beyond two dams to lay their eggs in Lake Shannon and Baker Lake.
