Artist's Description
Big Silos and Small Silos in Silo Park. Silo Park welcomes visitors to the Town of Concrete. The big silos, right, for which the park is named, are about nine stories tall and were used to make concrete by the Sup[erior Portland Cement Company. The park sign copies the large silos, but is only about five feet tall. April, 2021.
About Tom Cochran
Welcome to my Vagabond Photography site. Much of my work is shot in Washington state, though I also wander other places in the western US and in southern British Columbia. I hope you enjoy the images of the places, things, and people that are displayed here. Vagabond Photography means seeking interesting, fun, remarkable sights, being a will-o'-the-wisp in search of the unusual, the beautiful, the engaging, and the truly awe inspiring. Perhaps you'd like to join me on my journeys. Welcome to my corner of the world! Welcome to Vagabond Photography, vagabonding (wandering) across the Pacific Northwest.
