Description
Concrete, Washington, is a small town on the north bank of the Skagit River, straddling State Route 20. Nestled in the western foothills of the North Cascades, autumn brings color changes to the trees that climb the hills above the town. Like many small towns, Concrete has six churches to serve the 729 people who called Concrete home in 2017. The Community Bible Church is left of center in this image. Like many small towns, Concrete has a grassy memorial park dedicated to veterans. Though the sky is mostly cloudy, the park is green at noon on an October day.
