Description
The high plains of western Idaho grow grain and potatoes. Farming is important here. Years of powerful winds have torn at the steel roof on this weathered, red barn until the steel has buckled and peeled away from the ancient shingles beneath it. In late July, the grass and grain is yellow in the sun. July, 2016.
